Privacy at Clipcade

Clipcade only starts analytics after you choose “Allow analytics.” If you decline or do nothing, neither PostHog nor Google Analytics is loaded.

What we measure

Anonymous events such as opening a project, starting a playable, following a creator link, applying a filter, saving, voting, or completing a submission. Page locations contain the path only, never query strings.

What we do not send

Search text, form contents, email addresses, creator messages, prompts, free-form notes, full URLs, or advertising identifiers. Session recording and automatic interaction capture are disabled. PostHog person profiles are disabled.

Separate functional storage

Voting uses a separate first-party cookie to prevent repeat votes. It is required for that feature and is not used for advertising.
